Each wagon has three sets of stackers, allowing it to carry 24 rails. The rails are arranged in 3 layers, each holding 8 rails.
The system includes 2 stoppers positioned at the front and rear of the wagon.
A ramp is located at the end of the last wagon to facilitate rail unloading. Each rail stacker is fitted with rollers to ensure smooth unloading through the ramp at the rear. Additionally, there is a beam for hanging rails and a 2- ton hand hoist for handling operations. The upper beam is designed to be disassembled for convenience.
The stacker system is compatible with the following standard rail types: BS80, BS100, UIC54, UIC60, and JS50.
The hinge mechanism of the unloading ramp at the last wagon is designed to prevent any obstructions during operation.
