A.F.S. Enterprise carried out the complete modification of road truck trailers (PANUS flat trailers) into Standard Gauge (1435mm) railway flat wagons, commissioned by Metroline Electrical Network Co., Ltd. The transformation involved full structural redesign and fabrication, replacing the road-going axle and wheel assemblies with standard gauge railway bogies, reinforcing the flat deck structure, installing safety railings with high-visibility yellow and black markings, and completing full surface preparation and repainting to railway operational standards. The finished flat wagons are fully equipped with railway coupling systems, brake connections, and marker lights, making them ready for immediate deployment on Standard Gauge (1435mm) railway tracks. This project showcases A.F.S. Enterprise's expertise in heavy fabrication and railway wagon conversion from road to rail.
