Installation, Modification, Commissioning and Testing of Crane Wagon with Engine — Chiang Rai Railway Project

Following the successful delivery of the Crane Wagon with Engine from Japan, A.F.S. Enterprise carried out the complete installation, modification, commissioning, testing, and railway deployment of the equipment for use on the Den Chai–Chiang Rai Double-Track Railway Construction Project.
The project involved the installation and assembly of the crane wagon, integration of the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and braking systems, and engineering modifications required to meet the customer's operational requirements. Our experienced railway engineering team performed detailed inspections and functional adjustments to ensure every system operated safely and efficiently before deployment.
A comprehensive commissioning and testing program was then conducted, including engine start and shutdown procedures, wagon driving performance, hydraulic crane operation, hydraulic pressure verification, hydraulic disc brake testing, battery condition inspection, engine lubricating oil level, fuel system inspection, hydraulic oil level verification, coolant level inspection, steering and control system checks, and complete operational safety inspections. Each function was tested and verified under working conditions to ensure reliable performance and compliance with project requirements.
Upon successful completion of all commissioning activities, the Crane Wagon A-Car unit was carefully loaded onto a heavy-duty low-bed trailer using a mobile crane and transported to Chiang Rai Railway Station. The equipment was subsequently deployed onto the railway track, where final operational verification and performance testing were carried out before being officially handed over to the customer for service.
