The Long Welded Rail Trailer (LWRT) Type III is a custom-built rail handling solution designed to improve the efficiency of long rail transportation and installation operations. The trailer features an integrated roller and stacker system that allows rails to be loaded, transported, and unloaded smoothly while minimizing manual handling requirements.

Designed for 1,000 mm gauge railways, the LWRT Type III can accommodate up to 10 rails with adjustable stacking arrangements and supports rail profiles up to UIC 60. Its compact design allows operation on tight railway alignments with a minimum curve radius of only 80 meters.

The trailer is equipped with a fail-safe air brake system, custom P12 wheel profile, and robust rail support structure to ensure safe transportation of long welded rails during track construction and renewal projects. The adjustable rail carrying system provides flexibility for different rail sizes and project requirements.
